Pressworks is an Oslo-based multimedia content production agency that specialises in the creation of content and branding materials for corporate clients.
Björn Audunn Blöndal co-founded the company in 2008. He is the driving force behind the company's success, and he's always looking for ways to make his team more productive and efficient.
In early 2022, Pressworks came to Noloco to build an internal tool to manage their projects more efficiently.

Before finding Noloco, Bjorn faced several challenges in managing the company's projects. The company paid outside developers to custom build a project management system, which slowed them down, incurred costs and failed to deliver all of the functionalities they required.
Once he began his search for an alternative tool within the no-code space, he quickly learned many of these tools were not suitable. He needed a system that was flexible, yet super easy to use so he could achieve a fast time to market.
Luckily, Bjorn found Noloco, a platform that offered both advanced features for building custom apps and user-friendly tools to enable rapid development.
The first solution built with Noloco allowed the team to manage projects more efficiently, with features like task assignments, time tracking. It also included financial reports for sales pipelines and project costs.
The second phase of development involved onboarding freelancers to the platform to speed up the process of allocating resources.
The final phase is underway where Pressworks will soon launch a client portal to enhance the customer experience and encourage self-service.
Each tool built with Noloco makes use of powerful integrations to Slack, Documint, Typeform, and Google Drive to drive efficiencies.

Instead of spending hours on bottlenecks in their workflows, such as back-and-forth emails and phone calls, the Pressworks team can now focus on delivering high-quality content to their clients.
Overall, Noloco helped Pressworks to improve their productivity, shorten project cycle length, and realise revenue faster. As Bjorn and his team expand their use of Noloco by onboarding clients to their app, we anticipate even further improvements in their workflow efficiency.
